(Mario) The Music Box is a RPG Maker horror game inspired by "Corpse Party" "Mad Father" and "The Witch's House" where Mario has been hearing rumors about an abandoned mansion that people who go inside it never come back, Mario and Princess Peach were supposed to investigate the mansion together but Mario decided to go alone to prevent anything bad happening to Peach, inside the mansion he finds a strange music box that was playing by itself and took it with him, little did he know that a "harmless" music box wouldve caused dangerous things to happen.
There are 9 endings in total to get depending on what choice or route you tend to choose. (Game will tell you if itll effect the ending or not!) Sometimes you gotta find a specific thing to also trigger a different ending.
It's sequel (Mario) The Music Box ARC is a continuation of the "Missing Ending" From the original game, it explores and explains more about the mansions owner and family.
The game and endings change depending on what route you choose, Sane or Insane. However in the remastered version of MTMB ARC coming soon in MTMB RESET theres gonna be a 3rd new route related to one of the characters that appear in the game.
